Corn and The World Energy Dilemma

Corn and The World Energy Dilemma

Dan's note about the price of corn is a timely topic I see sever repercussions around the world in particularly poor countries.

This is one of the serious dilemmas I confront early on in my book. Uneconomic ethanol as a replacement for oil does not make sense if it leads to food riots in the poorer countries of the world.

If you have not visited my Web Site please do so I have posted interesting links on various subjects such as this.

It is difficult to keep up. A lot of my postings are on the Middle East and the rinsing tensions. It is difficult to keep up and my web site is one way. Speaking of my book it is finally at the printers. and should be available by late this month or early August.

I have been fortunate in recent weeks to sell multiple copies to several independents who apparently are buying them to give to their officers and friends. I currently have 70 left out of my original order of 500 and will continue on a private basis offer the book prepublication for a 12% discount for a cash order as long as copies are available and also on the inter net through my web site at an 8 percent discount. The cover price has now been reduced from $79.00 to $69.00

I really appreciate Dan's support of my book. On his web site he has linked to the above web site. Dan had an opporunity to review my manuscript in its early stages.

Please E Mail me at p8106@ to get my order form with the 12% discount cash for those who would still like to order one as long as my initial order is still available If you choose to use my order form please fill out and send to me Louis W Powers, 534 Regentview, Houston, Texas 77079 along with your check.

Please go to my Web Site by copying and paste or Click on the link on EPG Web site toe download a one page PDF file to learn more about the book.
